E is for Endurance

Endurance days are about building stamina. Longer rowing times and treadmill distances combined with more reps on the weight floor give your body the cardiovascular component it needs to stay lean and fit. Our high-energy workouts translate into lasting energy outside the studio to keep you going through the day and doing more of what you love.

S is for Strength

Get ready to be pushed beyond your comfort zone and into an optimal calorie-burning heart-rate zone. On strength days, we conquer high inclines on the treadmill and heavy weights on the weight floor. Along with building muscle, you’ll find that these workouts build serious confidence. We love the sense of accomplishment that comes from Orangetheory strength.

Worried about getting “too bulky”? Lifting heavy weights can burn more calories than cardio, and the muscle you’re building won’t bulk you up—it’ll replace the fat.

P is for Power

Power days put the intensity in high-intensity interval training. These days focus on short bursts of “All Out” effort on the treadmill and rowers as well as intense bodyweight movements on the weight floor, alternated with intervals of active recovery. Switching between “All Out” and “Base” heart-rate zones burns more calories, boosts metabolism, and helps you achieve excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC) to keep burning calories for up to 36 hours after each session.

E,S,P Days

Endurance, Strength, and Power days are awesome on their own, and E,S,P days combine all three. These workouts keep you on your toes, so those 60 minutes fly right by! Coaches combine components from each of the three focuses to push your body beyond its comfort zone.
